This modern hotel had an excellent design with clean and warm materials. the friendly staff went out of their way to provide top-notch customer service, including accommodating a late check-in and early morning coffee. the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the surrounding mountains, with easy access to ski lifts and incredible views from the rooms.

Located beside a historical castle, the views from this hotel are truly spectacular. the rooms are incredibly clean, and the breakfast is top-notch. the staff are friendly and welcoming.
The room lacked necessary amenities such as bedside tables or hangers for towels in the bathroom.

I loved my stay! The hotel had an amazing location just next to the castle. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. The breakfast was scrumptious with plenty of options to choose from. The room was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view. Hotel facilities were modern and clean.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel! The design of the rooms was stunning, mixing modernity with warm materials, achieving a cozy and intimate atmosphere. It was great to be just a few steps away from the ski slopes and enjoy the breathtaking mountain views. Additionally, the staff was super friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed.
Although we loved the cozy temperature of the rooms, sometimes it was a bit too warm for us, especially during the night. Additionally, we would have appreciated having some more functional elements in the room, like a bedside table and a towel hanger. Nevertheless, these small details were not enough to impair the fantastic overall experience we had at this hotel.
